French windows in the sitting room lead onto a balcony overlooking the enchanting marina and its colourful gardens. With an everchanging variety of boats, there is always something interesting to watch. The dining area and kitchen share these views which extend over the marina to the busy estuary and Falmouth harbour beyond. Immediately below Seagulls there are finger pontoon berths, up to 38ft in length, for hire. This is the ideal base for sailing enthusiasts with somewhere new to explore each day.
