Accommodation consists of Entrance via a glazed porch/sun lounge. Living room 12x12’ with inglenook fireplace and log burning stove, comfy settee, double sofa-bed 'for those extra guests',TV and DVD.
Terracotta tiled galley kitchen with cooker,microwave,fridge and freezer. Sun extension includes separate toilet and sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, pine table and seating.Double doors lead onto the patio, with BBQ, table, chairs and stone stools for eating out. Long garden with wide sweeping views from St Michael’s Mount to the Lizard Peninsular.
Upstairs - Small bedroom with views across Mount's Bay, built-in wardrobe and a 'pine bunk bed with single upper, with the lower section a 4' double.
Front bedroom with views across open countryside, built-in wardrobe 'and luxurious king size bed',en-suite bath with shower, wc and wash basin.

 | We are situated in a central position with easy access to all the popular beaches.
A five minute walk brings you to Paul with its post office/newsagent cum general store, the village hall and church which frequently hold concerts/events and the Kings Arms. A further five minute walk downhill takes you into Mousehole with its safe sandy beaches..and much more
'Just round the corner from the cottage is the regular bus service try the 300 service - an open top bus which tours West Penwith!
You can DRIVE to PENZANCE in under 10 minutes or walk along from Mousehole, through Newlyn and Penzance, round Mount's Bay to Marazion; a wonderful place to rest, revitalize and visit the Mount.
Alternatively walk in the opposite direction along the spectacular coastal path to Lamorna Cove. Further on is Porthcurnow, the Cable & Wireless Museum of Submarine Telegraphy and the famous open-air Minnack Theatre.
